Minister’s Reach is situated opposite Monk’s Bar and the ancient medieval walls. A walk along the walls leaves a lasting impression of this beautiful city and offers marvellous views of York Minster.

Minster’s Reach is the perfect base for exploring many of York’s attractions such as York races, its vibrant theatres and the enchanting Christmas markets.

The city is filled with fun things to do and attractions that reveal the many layers of its long history. The Jorvik Viking Centre includes reconstructions of Viking dwellings and medieval workshops and is built above the remains of 1,000-year-old wooden houses.
